刘嘉福会长及部分会员于二零一八年十月二十四日拜访建筑工业发展局砂州总监，莫哈末玛占哈欣先生。此行的目的是促销本会会员厂商所生产的建筑材料。
Mr. Joseph Lau, the President and some members called on Encik Mohd Merzan Hashim, the Director of Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Negeri Sarawak on 24 October 2018. The purpose of this visit was to promote the construction materials produced by SMA member manufacturers.

SMA construction materials manufacturers were invited to take part at Galeri CIDB at CIDB Building to promote construction materials made in Sarawak. Mr. Joseph Lau (3rd left), Encik Mohd Merzan Hashim (3rd right) and others posed for a photo at Galeri CIDB.

Business Excellence Conference

马来西亚生产力机构主办二零一八年卓越商业大会。举办这项大会的目标是促进卓越经营理念，分享最佳实践；主办当局邀请优秀组织分享持续改进的历程，以提高组织/公司的生产力。
Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) organized Business Excellence Conference 2018. The objectives of this programme was to promote Business Excellence concept, sharing of the best practices, continuous improvement journey from excellent organisations and also to improve productivity of an organisation.
