GUIDELINE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE TO CARRY LOAD BEYOND BODY OF THE VEHICLE

According to Regulation 92(2) ˇ°Motor Vehicle (Construction And Use) (Amendment) Rule 1997 and Regulation 88 ˇ°Road Traffic (Amendment) Rule 1997 ˇ±, No motor vehicle shall carry any load that projects beyond the rear, front or side of the body of the vehicle unless prior approval has been obtained from the Director General on certain route that the owner of the vehicle wishes to operate it suitable in the circumstance to do so.
