The Vice-President (Internal Affairs) attended the Media Awards Night of Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs at Merdeka Palace Hotel, Kuching.

The Vice-President (Internal Affairs) and the Executive Secretary attended a Briefing on National Single Window For Trade Facilitation (NSW) of Malaysia at Kuching Hilton Hotel. The briefing session was organized by Ministry of International Trade and Industry in collaboration with DagangNet Technology Sdn Bhd. The National Single Window (NSW) is an electronic system that enables a secured, safe and efficient electronic exchange of trade-related documents.

The Vice-President (Internal Affairs) attended a Talk on Traditional Knowledge Documentation jointly organized by Sarawak Biodiversity Centre (SBC) and Sarawak Development Institute (SDI) at 2nd Floor, Conference Hall, Wisma Bapa Malaysia. The Speaker was Dr Rita Manurung, SBC Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Peter Phang, the Director of Hong Kong Trade Development Council in Malaysia visited SMA and was welcomed by the President, the Vice-President (Internal Affairs), the Deputy Secretary-General, the Treasurer and a Council Members (Mr. Chai Koh Haw). A briefing on international trade fairs in Hong Kong was presented by Mr. Phang.
