Enforcement of Sarawak Labour Ordinance Section 60A

Meeting on enforcement of Sarawak Labour Ordinance Section 60A (Sarawak Chapter 76) had been held on 23 May 2017 at Labour Department, Sarawak.Form JTKSWK 60A must be completed by any person or employer who proposes to operate any agricultural, forestry or industrial undertaking where any commerce, trade, profession or business is carried on. This form must be submitted to the nearest Labour Office within ninety (90) days of commencement of business. This form also needs to be submitted whenever there is any takeover of business or change of name or location of such undertaking. Failure to do so is an offence under Section 130E of Labour Ordinance (Sarawak Cap. 76). Form is available at website of Labour Department, please Click HERE. Note: 1. 砂拉越劳工局于二零一七年五月二十三日举办一项会议,说明执行砂拉越劳工条例第60A条(砂拉越第七十六章)。 在这项条例下,凡是从事农业、木材业或工业者,经营任何形式的商业,贸易,专业或业务,必须在开始营业后九十天内提交填妥的JTKSWK 60A表格给最近的劳工局。 任何接管业务或更改公司名称(商号)或营业地点时,也需要提交此表格。违例者可在砂拉越劳工条例第130E条(砂拉越第七十六章)下被提控。 表格可在劳工局网页下载,请点击此处。 备注:1. 宽限期至二零一七年十月底。 2. 如果尚未提交填妥的表格,现有公司或新公司都必须提交。
