Come and Learn from the German Experience - German companies are world-market leaders in various industries and Innovation is their key success driver

Introduction

Strategic Business Development through Innovation Programme is designed for Owners, CEOs, COOs and senior managers of SMEs as well as for entrepreneurs who want to enhance their managerial skills in how to turn innovation into business growth.

It will focus on main topics and best practices in German Company Management. Additionally, industry site visitations to companies will give an insight in the relevance of the programme for the success of the German economy.

With Business Development through Innovation the participants will learn how to apply state-of-the-art tools to successfully develop their business and understand how to create value through innovation.

Business Development through Innovation helps top executives to create value through successful innovation. Successful innovation is the process of using intellectual capital to create new products or services that generate positive business results in the form of financial returns.

The programme will help senior managers to drive innovation in their companies which results in positive outcomes such as in higher levels of return on investment (ROI).

The programme will examine the success of the German economy and how it is based on family-owned SMEs and mid-cap companies, as well as large corporations which produce high quality products and services.

Learning Outcome

Throughout the course the participants will learn how to manage innovations successfully and how to bring their ideas to the market. They will also understand how to drive business growth in an increasingly competitive global business environment.

Case studies on established German companies will deliver valuable insights into best practices and demonstrate how these companies completely transformed through innovation.
