ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2010

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of SMA will be held on Sunday, 27 June 2010 at 10.30 am at SMA Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Sublot A-2476, Fortuneland Business Centre, 2.5 Mile, Rock Road, Kuching.

AGENDA:
1. To confirm the Minutes of the previous AGM;

2. To receive and consider the adoption of the report of the Council on the working of the Association for the year ending 31 December 2009;

3. To receive and consider the adoption of the Treasurer`s report and the audited statements and the accounts of the Association for the year ending 31 Dec 2009;

4. To elect Council Members who are due for election in accordance with Rule 16 of the SMA constitution;

5. To appoint auditor for 2010-2011;

6. To appoint three officers for the purpose described by Section 9(b) of the Societies Act, 1966;

7. To deal with such other matters of which at least seven (7) days notice have been given to the Secretary- General.
