GST IMPLEMENTATION WORKSHOP (IN ENGLISH)
Goods and Services Tax (GST) effective on 1st April 2015. In conjunction with this, a GST implementation workshop will be held on 8 October 2014 (Wednesday).
This workshop will prepare your staff and your organization for GST readiness so that they understand the tax mechanism and its application to the business which includes amongst others proper record-keeping requirements, applicable treatment to the company’s products and services, likely impact to cash flow, pricing strategies, business contracts and day-to-day accounting for sales and purchases.
Apart from GST knowledge, we will also share with you the GST functions on the accounting and billing software.

The speaker, Mr Jacky Chan is the GST Director of YYC GST Consultants Sdn Bhd. He has passed the Examination of GST Tax Agents organized by Royal Malaysian Customs Department and Malaysian Institute of Accountant (M.I.A). He is also certified trainer of Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF).
He has 7 years of audit, tax and business advisory experience in several of industry such as Manufacturing, Construction, Trading, Logistics and Government Institutions.
During his career in YYC, he was handled many tax audit & investigation cases to deal with Inland Revenue Board and Royal Malaysian Customs Department. Besides, he also assisted many companies in Corporate Tax Planning.
He has done many Customized GST workshops and GST implementation for Large and Medium size companies to give them a better understanding about the GST about their company to avoid any unnecessary mistake during the implementation.
